psi81 ... test delay ... whats the problem ?

I appreciate your practical knowledge and I would be grateful for some insight

Copper are probably having logistical problems in Tunisia, but they have been planning these tests for months since they started drilling.

Maybe they were waiting for oil/gas shows in the vertical well before they ordered the test equipment. This did not happen so maybe they did the horizontal with a wait and see position re test equipment etc ??

Also during the tests how will the handle the oil on the rig / surface, do they flare this or are they also waiting on a small oil barge to take the offtake
