I thought it was pretty much on track the testing period remains at has always been ?
20 days for testing which included mobilisation
1-2 days Natural Flow
3-5 days inclusive of shut in for main flow
Not sure where you got the "10 days" from morefish ?
It might be from the 24th update which stated initial flows are expected to commence in 10 days which still stands about right ?
