All the ASX would do is Suspend the shares until an investigation is completed and depending of the outcome of the investigation could keep it suspended or delist if something was not legal. Shareholders don't have the ability to Sell or Buy during suspension. Thank goodness the ASX haven't taken you enquiry to this stage.
