Technically they only own convertable notes, which they paid $150,000 to the company to purchase them. The reason : Funds raised from the issue of the Convertible Notes will be used to provide the Company with general working capital, as well as funding exploration activities on the Company’s current projects and corporate administration and management. So the report I posted is correct. The Directors at this point in time do not have 'direct' shares in PSL!
