There are about 5000 SL in Australia claiming refugee status and have similar claims ,so Albo has to be careful not to set a precident.
I worked with a SL woman who fled to Australia with her husband and were granted refugee status and not even Tamils ,they have done well for themselves here and go back to SL for holidays and to check on their investments there,so much for being afraid for their lives so they fled. Thousands more like that Australia sucked in again.
