AWE announced at 9:50 am on 30 Nov 2017 that they had received the takeover offer from China Energy Reserve and Chemical Group Australia Pty Limited.
So they had to have received it on or before that date.

The date of change given for the MIN director's disposals of MIN shares is given as 28 - 30 November.

If you don't think there is something to wonder about in that, then have I got a bridge for you to buy!
It's got magnificent harbour views.
