I believe that rumor is about 8 months old.
Barrick Gold was the company mentioned at the time.
Since then there has been many developments with PSV.
PSV also very small in the scheme of things for a company like Barrick.
Having said that, PSV may look cheap for those in the know that can see a brighter future, and of course expensive if the opposite is true.
