Companies are required to hold their AGM within 5 months of the end of the financial year- I.e by 30th November each year. The company can apply to ASIC for an extension in special circumstances, but before the end of October i think. The Company also needs to give shareholders 28 days written notice of the AGM date / what the proposed resolutions etc- soooo the notice of AGM must be close- sometime within the next 10 days i would suspect.
