    This is blatant manipulation.
    There were 95792 to but at $0.15. The sellers put their bids in under the bid price with a total of 95793. That is 1 share more than the buyers at $0.15 which means the sale price will be all at $0.145.

    Even blind Freddy would think that is manipulation & it happens all the time.
