No - PSY has been bought up (and priced) based on expectations of a MAJOR deal/game changing technology event. Go back and read all those early posts speculating on deals with Apple, etc.

If they continue to just dribble out tiny deals without the major breakthrough people are expecting, it won't go anywhere. Current market cap is still way too high for the kind of business they have delivered so far.

This isn't accumulation - it's people giving up on all the hype put out by PSY and selling out. Go look at a multiple-year chart of PSY; it's a head and shoulders on a massive scale, and if it goes below 10c or so the cycle will be complete.
