LOL!! The reason why ERJ's directors would tell PSY that their products don't mean much to them is because they are a broker, an advertiser and a property developer. Of course PSY's products wouldn't mean much to them. And China on their radar? Hardly. It's a Chinese company that is now the supplier of the equipment that ERJ are trying to persuade people that their companies can use. As they've never managed to commercialise it on their home turf, why would the Chinese be expected to open their arms to them?
