This country is in the grip of a chronic ICE addiction explosion... it's a most deadly substance... I hate to say it but perhaps the Tasmanian police aren't aware dogs can't detect ice... or the dogs have been brought in to appease the public... here is the link to the 60 minutes program. The father who went to China to investigate the issue himself, lost his own son to ICE addiction.
