If what you say is true behind the scene, as much as management should/could update us on the situation, it's most likely best to keep it under wrap to try and fix it internally between the 2 companies unless the deal gets called off then both companies will need to announce accordingly.

But to say PSY's tech is only worth 1% of their revenue, they are low balling us, and if I was Terry, I'd walk away from it and offer it to their competitors for a better % lol, and let ERJ offer their stuff to China without LumiMEMS.

NST have nothing to lose letting ERJ evaluate their site because they won't be financing anything, but they will get cheaper power.

ERJ have nothing to lose talking with PSY, because ERJ have nothing in the first place.

PSY would, IMO, have been better off not having anything to do with trying to tweak nineteenth century technology and waiting until they could find an established commercial enterprise with an immediate market for their applications.
