I doubt TK and Pfizer are working hand in hand doing these call arounds if the yes votes are flooding in.
Think about it, why would they waste their time calling SH's individually if they know they're going to be getting rid of the company at the next vote. The real question is whether the feedback from the calls are going to make Pfizer do anything or not. I don't know the answer to that, but the answer to the vote for me is still a strong no.
