Something must be happening behind the scenes. Having the conference call delayed with no further updates - Maybe:
1. They realise SH's NO votes are winning;or
- + offer will be increased
- decide to proceed with a partnership agreement
2. Competing bid has come in
3. non of the above....they don't give any f***s about SH's
