don't think the market will react at all to tommaz outcome..
its appeal after appeal after appeal... market is used to it... i think when the judicial review is thrown out or if current pm wins election then you should see a positive swing...
production output, stage 2 completion and an increase in ree price in FEB will see an upswing too..
These appeals will have no positive influence on the SP anymore...
2012 has been shot... looking forward to FEB/MArch next year...
