Thanks for your post. In summary are you saying religion is just a cultural thing or meme? I suppose there is evidence for this. But I do not believe all cultures are equal and I certainly only believe in one God. As for referring to God as a 'he' the bible clearly uses male descriptors of God, you know this, but play dumb in the hope of implying the Bible is out of date because it is not gender neutral and does play in into the hands of the LGBTIQ community? Personalty I don't believe the human male and female descriptors are of any relevance to God for he is God
