If someone follows God and benefits from it, It would be because God dwells in them 1 Cor 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you.
John 4:24 God is a Spirit...........
So God is a Spirit, we know Jesus, God's Son received the Spirit of God at his baptism and from further readings, we know that this Spirit is the Holy Spirit.
So that tells us and confirms God is a Spirit and that Spirit is the Holy Spirit = God the Father and Holy Spirit are One in the same as in Singular or a single identity = The One and Only Almighty God.
