Deeds must be alined with faith. Deeds are not hard to understand, but faith is not as simple as it sounds. Belief that a Creative force we call God, exists is based on faith. Too often religion, not God, not Jesus, requires the individual to believe the impossible because it is an act of faith. It is not. Faith is not a test of believing that which should not be believed.

It is not faith to believe that Genesis is literal. That the flood of Noah is literal. These and many other stories are teachings that need to be unravelled. They are lessons. God has given us the sciences so we might know truth from error. We also must have faith in provable science, after all, it is just another form of knowledge given to us by your God.

So you are right, deeds must go with faith, but do not put your faith in the impossible because that is gullibility, not faith. Science and religion come from exactly the same source.
