I think there is most likely a large entity buying up big....look at the 10,000 buys lined up in the depth.
As mentioned the selling down is most likely Hunter Hall or the entity that can exercise options at $2.50....maybe they need to sell shares to raise $10M. Reagrdless excellent buying with 25 cents a share coming back in the next 10 months and for 2010 - 2011 a conservative EPS of 23 cents + 21 cents = 44 cps gives foward PE of 6.75. The 21 cps come from 72 million trans a year x 98% x .50 cents( $2.00 to $2.50 )less 20% bank wholesale rate divided by 135 million shares on issue.
