Sales, take time becasue 'due diligence' processes takes time, plus there are sheep waiting for the other to bolt first. Believe me, I have seen it in Hobart, it doesnt take much for the smug comfort zone, to squirm, and say things like thats a fly-by-night operation. Sales on new tech is not easy. A climate of consensus will roll this forward and the most desperate will clear the way. S.A and W.A might lead that way.
Vince has not indicated in announcement, Chinese nor Japanese (Sumitomo) interest, wonder why? He has been offered assistance by people who dare the smog. Whats going on there, i wonder. As for European manufacturers, we know of the British, and Gildemeister, does anyone know anymore? Could we see VRB's being shipped to needy parts of the world, and the electrolyte shipped from WA? I know the British have their own electrolyte set up, so whats the interest, if any?
On another note The Germans are busy innovating very green alternatives and awarding each other prizes for it, does anyone have a view on what will cement VRB's future? Is it a case of first to estbalish market and to have tested and trialled, like Microsoft with its Operating System? I think Vince sees a pluriform market for FB's, but who is to say in ten years time, there is a market for Vanadium electrolyte. Speed is important reliability the other. And i guess there is more.....nan-keredomo...
