    sometimes it would appear the face of china's 'demand' changes according to current market conditions, as in if even the slightest appearance of optimism emerges (commodity wise), china suddenly 'slumps' and their ore stockpiles are 'bursting (?)' really? last week or so ago they were nearing depletion.
