Another negative for me is that generally when doing normal apartments you would do each level and the level below gets Fitout, bathroom, paint, flooring, etc installed while you are doing the next level and so on
my thought on the single biggest turnoff for me about PT Blink is most sites have very bad access and cannot accommodate multiple professions working in parallel all at the same time on levels in parallel.
I just don't see this becoming widely used in Syd and Melb, the bigger the building the more site space you generally need .... and the big buildings are always in dense city areas with terrible access and site sizes.
