Re today's ann, here is irrefutable proof that PT has been telling porkies in his posting on TS, saying there was an agreement that these shares are not to be sold.
I understand this relates to the earlier ann, and neither ann mentions anything about any restriction.
Agreement or no agreement, these shares can be sold on market. If there was any agreement, this should have been disclosed.
