can we place some sort of injunction to stop the sale, i rememebr reading that MFS investors tried to stop the sale of there prized assets earlier this year.

The Hawkswood administrators have a caveat over the ADY assets. If they don't pay, the assets get removed. On top of that they have the other debt that needs paying down.
Perhaps they don't think they'll get the $40M their owed in January or whenever it was and instead will receive more ownership of their inground assets.
If they don't get the cash there is no way for them to pay anything back.
This course of action is at least better than them going into VA because they could not pay their debts.
The only way to stop it is if you could make a separate counter bid. Trying to stop the sale without a solution to the core problem is just bellyaching.
