The sp has been held down by a major seller most probably still JP Morgan who must be nearly finished.
The sp will explode once the seller is gone. The insto accumulators are just picking up what they can at these levels (ala CBA).
JB Were last week put a strong buy on PLA with a short term target of $1.40.
