I had problems at the weekend after I did the compulsory upgrade.
PT2 didn't give outstanding orders-
PT1 kept freezing - and a few things weren't working - but I've got it perfectly today.

If you are on Silver Service with Commsec, they look after you a lot faster....
sometimes though when one function is down, I need to have PT1 and 2 open as well as 'old Commsec' non live platform - to check announcements.....
So with a combination of 3 resources, I still think it beats the krap out of the etrades, Westpacs and Nabs....if htey go you are stuffed....if one of ourrs goes, we've got another back up.

They did email me the link to download PT1 from scratch if necessary - which I thought was brilliant, as I thought they were discontinuing it.
Apparently PT3 will be out around Christmas - let's hope they've listened, because I prefer the visibility on PT1 -
a combination of the best features all round would be great...
