Don't be surprised if this is part of a bigger game:
1. J&J dispute the patent
2. ptd price plumets
3. J&J know the issue ain't going to go away in a hurry
4. at the appropriate time, they mount a takeover bid, getting the company cheap
5. delivers control of a patent, the resulting income streams from other licencees and 33% of Diversys to boot.
