    PTD has got a lot more to play catching up...

    PTD capped at $230 Millions P/E 8.7
    VCR capped at $300 Millions P/E N/A

    Both stocks has got plenty of cash...PTD looks a good buy at the moment...VCR is capped at 30% more than PTD...if PTD is to be capped the same as VCR, then the sp should be around $1.90...
