Looking at annual report 2023s
Hampers with bite
FY23 revenue 24.34M EBIT 2.4M -> 9.8%
FY22 revenue 31.65M EBIT 6.5M -> 20.5%
Hampers and gifts segment only (emporium) ASX: MBH
FY23 revenue 33.7M EBIT 3.1M -> 9%
FY22 revenue 32.9M EBIT 4.4M -> 13.37%
So it seems like there's been an erosion on margins on the industry, probably due to cost of living.
Question is, why did hampers and gifts revenue increase? Is it synergies with their beer products?
But looking at H1FY24 presentation
Hamper with bite
1H24 revenue 16.7M EBIT 3.14M NPAT 2.13M
1H23 revenue 19.9M EBIT 3.39M NPAT 2.22M
