    Phil King is a very shrewd investor and now has a couple of large holdings in undervalued Fund Mangers on ASX.
    I don't see Regal acquiring them as the investment is made through Regals Funds, not the Regal Partners business.

    If the Perpetual takeover of Pendal fails (50% probability), Perpetual or Pendal should swoop on Platinum.
