Another bit of triffle from PTN or what ?
What timing - almost like it has been pulled from the sleave when LLC threw down a new gauntlet ?
Now they say they have received an offer to buy the aged care facilities they (PTN) own and BBC manages .
BBC get the opportunity to buy them prior to acceptance ($80 million - can't see it happening as an shareholder observer only) .
I wonder if LLC is seeking to scoop the pools and pick up management rights and some more assets at PTN as well ?
Heck, post the BBC vote LLC will be able to score majority control of BBC with only 7% more scrip bought on market .
So PTN, who's the offer from ?
