PTN is to sell 10 villages which are under L/T lease to 3rd Party operators. PTN have had 26 expressions of interest.
The sale of these villages are subject to pre-emptive rights of the lessor.
Almost certainly these villages are those managed by LLP.
LLP and PTN have been in dispute over the management and terms of the leases.
Will LLP be interested in buying these properties.
Will the properties be sold with the leases still in place?
If LLP wants to purchase these properties how will they fund them?
LLP may be able to pick-up these assets cheaply?
cheers
