On 4th of February 2014 PETRATHERM LTD announced PetraGas award for petroleum exploration in Tasmania,
In the fourth paragraph of the announcement it states some conditions:

Does that mean they need to perform some activities to keep the licence?
I have their previous activity report and it has not mentioned of any exploration activity on that period, does that mean lapse of the licence?
