    Hi all

    I have read recently of growing success for Amgen in its KRAS pathway cancer drug, AMG 510.

    Can someone clarify the difficulties of the RAS pathway and why KRAS pathways are different?

    Does growing success for AMG510 provide more POC for PTX100
