PTX - Banter and General Comments, page-40

I provided the below graph a few weeks ago, and it continues to be my major concern with PTX. We get a flurry of sizzle announcements when they need cash (I haven't yet checked if there's is a correlation to performance incentive timing), and we get crickets at other times. At the same time, we get continual selling with no idea if this is by someone in the know, or just following the bio market. I know people promote the TF gag - do we actually know this is the case? Alternatively, there isn't any positive news or anything worth promoting.
