Some thoughts fwiw (D & W) but I personally not looking at a cup & handle primarily as it is generally an uptrend set up as a continuation pattern but can see where you coming from.
I see more a possible Ascending Triangle which is bullish as tightens, you hope for some falling vol, similar highs but rising lows & then a BO to upside on volume. That would be the best scenario obviously
