The above is simply my interpretation of a flag forming, the flag is also used as the handle for a cup and handle pattern as seen in the 2nd and third pictures, working from top to bottom on second picture.........

Pink line is target for possible CNH formation
Blue line is upper side of cup on left
Yellow top line is target for flag pattern
Purple Rectangles are upper and lower ranges of handle for CNH
Orange line is support for flag
Bottom yellow line is ONE possible bottom for flag
Bottom purple line is bottom of CUP for CNH form
Underneath Volume yellow line showing consistency with decreasing volume as price declines typical of a flag pattern
Purple line on MACD showing Turning point average after large moves
Green line showing median resistance level on upwards rise
And red on RSI showing average top.
