I totally agree that healthcare needs more funding but without a strong military you can't have a strong economy.
America's navy and defense have been providing the lion share security for shipping and trade routes since 1945, most critically the south China sea that see's 80% of global trade pass through it.
This basically allows for not only Americas $27T economy to thrive, but every global economy.
Basically every dollar invested in Defense is a dollar invested into economic security and productivity that cannot happen without one another.
If you want peace prepare for War as they say.
Perhaps those stage 3 tax cuts for the wealthy could be chopped and reinvested into Australian Cancer research? I'd like that.
