Thats a fair call IF, and only IF, SYC was aware of the issue at the time of making tha statement. Only he and those around him would have known what the score was on that front at that time. Do you know at what specific point in time drug manufacturing became an issue? IF there were alarm bells ringing at the time of the Phase 1b trial results that the expansion trials were going to be at risk of being delayed due to drug availability, then I totally and unequivocally agree. In fact, that would be grounds for litigation. It would be very hard for me to believe that any CEO of a company would be that reckless and foolhardy. Please present the evidence that SYC would have been cognisant (without any possible doubt) to the issues besetting the US manufacturing company at the time of SYC making the statement in question, and I will give your stance some credence.
