Agree... the comms and updates have literally ground to a halt. Its not only frustrating but disappointing. I just hope SYC realises that the situation could develop into distrust (for some holders and the market) which would be an absolute shame.
I have to say, though, that the lack of comms is not something isolated and unique to PTX. Its apparent to me that companies throughout all sectors over the last couple of years were able to harness the hype in their particular sectors and broader market to their advantage. Unfortunately, the ramifications of underlying issues due to CoVId and supply chain issues (in cohort recruitment, drug manufacturing and shipping) only started to manifest late last year for PTX and this year's SP decline conveys that fact.
Essentially the delays that beset PTX are behind us. PTX200 trials in the US are back on track with full recruitment achieved and results due next qtr. PTX100 expansion trials nearing first dose with screening currently underway. If my memory serves me right, the rate of recruitment is an anticipated 3 to 4 cohorts per month. So first dose should be any time now.
The following are what I'm expecting by way of news in the nearterm (based on company timeline projections, SYC's statements and my understandings):-
Cell Therapy Enhancements - an update on this program taking us out of stealth mode (but nothing pertaining to the patents as they are "Provisional" applications) but something more immediate and possibly linked to OmniCAR
OmniCAR - an update that may be in the form of optimisation test results (if the co has undertaken such tests yet)
OmniCAR - an update on a collaboration or partnership that may signal our first pre-clinical testing of OmniCAR with an external therapy in preparation for our first clincal trial for OmniCAR
PTX100 - First dose administered signaling the official start of Expansion Trials
PTX200 - Completion of trials and final test results
I don't think there is anything else that we are patiently (at this stage) awaiting. Whilst it may be becoming a frustrating wait for some, my attitude is that with each day passing we are closer to news and updates on all of the above. Just have to keep the faith and resolve! News has to start flowing sooner rather than later!
