I for one am not upset that the company is raising money and am very happy there aren't attached options. I think Steven is doing a great job maybe with a little too many presentations with no added value. And i am very optimistic on the company.
The value especially at this end of the market (no revenue) is based on risk and also across the market as a whole. It doesn't nessesarily mean the market is wrong when the share price moves but that the risk profile has changed. I would 100 times rather trust the market over a bunch of people on HC who could have alternative motives and are very invested in peaching a certain story. A free market is generally the best way anyone has of pricing something.

Also surely your kidding about the shorts....$130k worth... that's nothing lol. Especially when they could be shorted against an option position, meaning the shorters won't profit as the stock sells off.
