I am interested to learn who one needs to contact re: full takeover of a listed (or unlisted) micro cap sized co. here in OZ. Would I need to contact an Investment Bank like GS or UBS to initiate contact?
Considering it would only be a micro cap I'm thinking that I should go with a bank (or other advisor) with a smaller focus and thus reduce our fees. The big boys charge too much commission, I think? Any recommendations for merger and acquisition specialists?
