Same here: I have (always by my modest standards, of course) a big holding in IMU, which is by far my strongest Biotech exposure.
And then, I have a relatively quite small/tiny position in PTX, which I also do think is the much "better play" than CHM, as more diversified. In fact, I got into PTX for PTX 100/ PTX 200 only and not the rest that posters here are so excited about...

Whilst 'davybabyk' is very HAPPY with PTX today (which holder of PTX would NOT be happy?!), I am nevertheless feeling a bit uneasy. Normally, a stock does NOT go up by more than 25% in a single day WITHOUT
a) either a very positive announcement
or
b) a "leaky ship" kind of condition....

I personally do not like companies that have "leaky ship" occasions. Reflects poorly on the company. Naturally, this is only JIMHO of course, and others can think that this is no issue at all. To each her/his own.
