Had a bit more of a look. If SYC had made prior reference to Spycatcher/Spaytag/Powell/Tsourkas then there should be little doubt that the patent you referenced (Powell) is the licensed technology. The one that I mentioned (Scholler) is more foundational using biotin to exemplify an embodiment of the idea. Powell is narrower, specific for the use of the Oxford Spycatcher/Spytag as binding. The specific coverage of Powell makes more sense for PTX, a firm with a strategy of commercialising research with the benefit of limiting development spend for specific outcomes. But it does mean that we are in a race against other possible implementations of adapter mediated CAR.Do you or anybody else know if there has been any clinical trials involving Spycatcher/Spytag?
