All people respond to incentives and ALL companies do it, PTX is no different.
It's worth noting that I have witnessed countless execs not receive their rights due to poor corporate performance and shareholder equity squander. This is most certainly not the case with SYC or PTX and this ride is only just getting started imo.
I get the distinct impression SYC is genuine and sincerely passionate about PTX, its tech, shareholders, and more importantly, the potential benefit to cancer patients.
