The top 20 is really spread with no single holder with anything close to 5% of the company which would trigger the 'Substantial shareholder' status and the associated legal obligations to report changes of over 1% to holdings.

@hottod was able to confirm the top 20 slide in a recent Reach Markets presentation was a misprint and the annual report figures are indeed accurate so probably no-one anywhere near this 5% threshold currently.

I'm expecting this to change though, I think a company like 'Merchant' who is preparing an investment chest to spend on biotech will probably come on board shortly and break that 5% threshold.

I'm sensing in Steven's communication that PTX may be approached for an institutional placement, I would personally feel this is highly likely before years end which will be great for shareholders and see some big whales taking positions.
