PTX-100 has only been tested on patients who have failed between 3 and 6 prior lines of treatment.

Not sure what this means: "Given that the RESMAIN study did not meet its key secondary objective, 4SC will now approach the European Medicines Agency in order to better understand the feasibility of submitting a Marketing Authorization Application."

Nice find shell! Certainly seems like a very tricky cancer to cure given the fact that this 4SC is pursuing a “maintenance” therapy as opposed to a potential cure (ptx-100).

I found these two paragraphs that further clarify the trial.
