On 21st September, Peak Minerals announced the acquisition of four projects from Greenrock Metals Pty Ltd.

We'll get to the other projects shortly but Copper Hills instantly caught my eye. Note the following "has multiple walk up drill targets based on prior drilling, surface geochemistry and untested EM conductor targets".

This statement has extreme resonance when you know the background of the project and the individuals involved in Greenrock Metals Pty Ltd.

You can pull up a company report from ASIC to verify, however the individual/entities who are stakeholders in Greenrock Metals Pty Ltd are as follows:

    1. Matthew James O'Hara = Advisor at Konkera Corporate Pty Ltd (Evan Cranston)
    2. Valtellin Pty Ltd = Scott Patrizi, former director of Matador Mining.
    3. Andrew Neil Taylor = Geologist with Geonomics, previous involvement with Anglogold Ashanti and Oxiana (Oz Minerals)
    4. Cossack Holdings (Aust) Pty Ltd = Wayne Loxton, the new MD of Peak minerals. Experienced mining engineer, formerly with Allied Gold and Perilya Limited.
    5. Kingslane Pty Ltd = Evan Cranston.
    6. Peter Gianni = Mining Equities Pty Ltd. One of Australia's premier tenements dealers and prospectors. Has vended in a plethora of top quality tenements for a whole host of companies.
    7. Robert Jewson = MD of European Cobalt (EUC) and MD of Geonomics Australia (geological consulting firm co-founded by Robert Jewson). Highly experienced geologist.
    8. DC & PC Holdings Pty Ltd = Tim Neesham from CPS Capital
    9. Cobra Investments (Aust) Pty Ltd = Burak Kumova (Tolga Kumova's brother)

Below is the top 20 as of 30 June 2020. You will note that Tolga Kumova and Evan Cranston hold a considerable stake directly in PUA and will now hold an additional stake through the 67,000,000 shares issued at 3.0c per share for the acquisition of the Greenrock Metals Pty Ltd projects.

Likelihood is that they have probably taken some of the CPS Capital placement too. We'll know soon when change of interest forms are issued (604).

Very solid registry, with CPS Capital, Neesham, Peterson, Cranston, Kumova, Bahen, etc.

Now we've established identities, their stakes and involvement.

Why is Copper Hills interesting? From all the projects, it is clearly the most advanced, with sampling, surface geochemistry and EM surveys already taken place. Per the announcement drill targets have already been identified.

To answer this question, one must evaluate the past of Copper Hills. The prospective part that Greenrock Metals holds has been subject to a JV between Mithril Resources and Doray Minerals and was identified as "highly prospective for the discovery of polymetallic VMS mineralisation as well as shear hosted lode gold deposits.

Mithil Resources did not do much with the project and eventually the project found its way to Matador Mining ($MZZ) in 2017.

Matador Mining conducted geochemical sampling, mapping, EM surveys, etc. However, they did not progress to drilling any targets as they acquired the Cape Ray Gold project with all emphasis being placed in that direction. The only drilling that has taken place dates back to the 1960s and early 1970s.

While the historical drill results are good and the rock chip sampling is definitely suggestive of the possibility of a major discovery (rock chips containing high grade copper, gold and nickel), the people involved in Matador Mining while they held the same Copper Hills project, is giving us a huge hint of the potential.

Scott Patrizi = Valtellin Pty Ltd (in Greenrock Metals Pty Ltd)
Dr Marat Abzalov = Part of Evan Cranston and Tolga Kumova #1 consulting geologist team. Involved in Alderan Resources, Benz Mining, Riversgold, Boss Resources, etc.
Patrick Walta = New Century Zinc, Carbine Resources - known to Evan Cranston, having worked together previously.

What this tells me, is that the project is intricately known by the individuals involved in Greenrock Metals. They certainly understand the potential.

Furthermore, the consulting geologist on the reports for Copper Hills compiled by Matador Mining was Robert Jewson and Andrew Taylor of Geonomics, both involved in Greenrock Metals Pty Ltd.

Looking forward to the first drilling campaign at Copper Hills with the drilling programme already defined.

Will PUA have the next major Australian Copper discovery? We all know there is a shortage of Copper supply and increasing demand.

The top tier geologists and individuals with considerable project discoveries to their name all have a stake in PUA.
