A long story but the Guildford Pub (in WA if you're not from here)is owned by two "siginificant players" in VWM. It burnt down about 4 years ago (no inference here) and the facade is still up but is held in place by scafolding. There have been numerous ravings about what is to be done with it but nothing has happened yet. I understand there are some insurance hurdles still not resolved but the whole thing has been food for the detractors of VWM and the "significants".
